The mission of Deltona's Affordable Housing Program is to develop and improve housing opportunities in the City of Deltona by reducing the cost of housing for eligible households, increasing the number of homeowners, and improving the City's existing housing stock. Assistance is available for homebuyers interested in purchasing an existing home within the City limits through the Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP).
