*A. Request for Approval of Budget Transfer to fund current and anticipated shortfall in General Fund - Law Enforcement Services.

8. ORDINANCES AND -PUBLIC HEARINGS:

A. Ordinance No. 03-2010, creating new Section 68-30, Water Use Restrictions, of the Deltona Code of Ordinances pertaining to water usage and adopting the St. Johns River Water Management District's Water Conservation Rule for Landscape Irrigation, for first reading.

B. Transmittal Hearing - Ordinance No. 05-2010, Pertaining to the Comprehensive Plan, Providing for Evaluation, Appraisal and Recommendation Amendment.

9. OLD BUSINESS:

A. Request for approval of reallocation of funding within the Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) Budget.

10. NEW BUSINESS:

A. Consideration of appointment or re-appointment of four (4) members to the City's Economic Development Advisory Board.

B. Consideration of appointment of one (1) member to the City's Beautification Advisory Board (Commissioner Deyette's appointment).

C. Discussion Concerning Dispute with Great American Leasing.

D. Discussion and direction re: Deltona 2010 Incentive Program (Mayor Mulder).
