9:30 A.M. - Break into Groups and Create Responses to Vision Statement

10:45 A.M. - Submit Vision Statement Responses & Break

11:00 A.M. - Create Responses for Three (3) Key Community Issues

Noon - Lunch Provided

12:30 P.M. - Continue to Create Responses for Three (3) Key Community Issues

3:00 P.M. - Reconvene; Submit Responses to Community Vision and Issues and Share Insights with the Mayor, City Commission and City Manager

4:00 P.M. - Next Steps: Creation of Task Forces
