DEWEY O. BOSTER PARK

1190 Saxon Boulevard
Deltona, FL

"Home of West Volusia Youth Baseball (WVYB)"

Pronounced "booster" this park is named after a former elected member of the Volusia County Council who served as the District 5 representative representing Deltona on the County Council.  The property was county-owned and the baseball facility completely constructed due to parents, volunteers and community partners efforts.

Dewey O. Boster Park is situated on 12 acres and contains:

  • Youth Baseball Fields (3)
  • Horseshoe Courts
  • Pavilion (rentable)
  • Playground (3 to 8 year olds)
  • Nature Trail (Leads back to Sports Complex)
  • Picnic Areas
  • Restrooms
  • Skate Pad (Small skateboard practice area)

The walking trail connects to the much larger walking/jogging trail surrounding the Dewey O. Boster Sports Complex.  It's a great place to exercise your dog as you walk.  However, please keep all dogs off of ALL playing fields .... and always pick-up after your pup!
