5. OLD BUSINESS:

A. Ordinance No. 18-2007. An ordinance of the City of Deltona, amending the text of the Comprehensive Plan Intergovernmental Coordination Element, Capital Improvements Element and Future Land Use Element to comply with the Florida Statute requirements regarding public schools and also creating a new element titled Public School Facilities Element to include goals, objectives, and policies.

6. NEW BUSINESS:

A. Project No. VR07-004 - Property Location: 1731 Topaz Terrace - Applicants: Richard and Mary Lindner. The City of Deltona has received a zoning variance request to permit a shed within the rear yard setback and platted easement and requesting a variance to permit a metal shed greater than 120 square feet which would not match the façade of the principal structure within an R-1, Single Family Residential zoning district. Resolution No. 2007-21.

B. Project No. CU07-003 - Property Size: 45,689 sq ft +/- - Property Location: 1661 Providence Boulevard. Applicant: Cheryl Lankford. The City of Deltona has received an application for a conditional use to permit a funeral home facility in an existing C-1 commercial building. The property is generally located south of the intersection of Fort Smith Boulevard and Providence Boulevard within the City of Deltona. Resolution No. 2007-22.

C. Project No. RP06-002 - Property Location: 450 Doyle Road. Applicant: Pell Place LLC & T&T C Florida. The City of Deltona has received a rezoning application for a 102.7 ± acre parcel from the current zoning of Volusia County A-2, Rural Agriculture classification to a RPUD, Residential Planned Unit Development to allow 218 single-family and 128 townhome units (Vineland Reserve). Ordinance No. 23-2007

D. Project No. RP06-003 - Property Location: 330 Collins Road. Applicant: Collingswood Investments LLC. The City of Deltona has received a rezoning application for a 68.9 ± acre parcel from the current zoning of RE-1, Residential Estate One classification to a RPUD, Residential Planned Unit Development to allow 63 single-family and 154 townhome units (Raintree Ridge). Ordinance No. 22-2007
