A. Project No. CU07-001 - Property Location: 600 Fort Smith Boulevard - Applicant: Michele Corkins for Lord of Life Lutheran Church - Property Size: 4.02± acres. The City of Deltona has received an application for a conditional use to permit a day care facility for approximately 20 children in the existing house of worship building known as Lord of Life Lutheran Church. The property is generally located east of the intersection of Fort Smith Boulevard and Pemberton Avenue within the City of Deltona. Resolution No. 2007-12.


B. Ordinance No. 18-2007. An ordinance of the City of Deltona, amending the text of the Comprehensive Plan Intergovernmental Coordination Element, Capital Improvements Element and Future Land Use Element to comply with the Florida Statute requirements regarding public schools and also creating a new element titled Public School Facilities Element to include goals, objectives, and policies.


C. Ordinance No. 19-2007: An Ordinance of the City of Deltona, Amending Section 110-706.04, 110-827.03, to reduce the rear yard setbacks for accessory use structures within R-1 through R1-AAA zoning districts, providing for conflicts, severability, and an effective date.
