A. Project No. BP07-003 - Applicant: U-Stor Development Corporation - Property Location: 3131 Howland Boulevard. The City of Deltona has received a request to rezone approximately 5.05 acres located at 3131 Howland Boulevard from C-2, General Commercial to Business Planned Unit Development (BPUD). The property has a Commercial Future Land Use designation. The property is generally located east of the intersection of Howland Boulevard and Wolf Pack Run, east of Deltona High School. Ordinance No. 15-2007.


B. Project No. RP06-006 - Applicant: Tom Wheeler for Heritage Green. Property Location: 2000 Newmark Drive. The City of Deltona has received a rezoning application for a 45.2 acre parcel from the current zoning of RE-5 Residential Estate Five classification to a RPUD- Residential Planned Unit Development to allow 164 attached residential dwelling units or 3.6 dwelling units per gross acre. Ordinance No. 16-2007.

7. OTHER BUSINESS: Presentation by Richard Grice from Duncan Associates, consultant for the City of Deltona, regarding the creation of a Unified Land Development Code.

8. TRAINING: Substantial Competent Evidence Versus Fairly Debatable.
