OLD BUSINESS: A. DEL-07-160 Violation of the City of Deltona Ordinance, Section 38-110(2), which states that accumulations of waste, yard trash, rubble and/or debris are declared to be a nuisance and must be abated in their entirety. DEL-08-014 Violation of the City of Deltona Ordinance, Section 14-121(a) it shall be unlawful for the owner or custodian of any dog, cat or other animal to fail to keep the dog, cat or other animal from running at large within the city. Section 14-3© It shall be unlawful to keep, maintain or raise in the city more than 5 dogs and/or cats on one parcel of land of one acre or less. (Enforcement Services Officer Danny Ron) C. DEL-08-057 Violation of the City of Deltona Ordinance, Section 18-3 which adopts the latest edition of the Florida Building Code, Section 105.1, which states that any owner, authorized agent, who intends to construct, enlarge, alter, repair, move or demolish or change the occupancy of a building or structure, or to erect, install, enlarge, alter or repair, or to cause any such work to be done, shall first make application to the Building Official and obtain the required permit, for a wood privacy fence. DEL-08-072 Violation of the City of Deltona Ordinance, Section 18-5, adopting the International Property Maintenance Code, Section 302.7, which states that all accessory structures, including detached garages, fences and walls, shall be maintained and kept in good repair and sound structural condition. DEL-07-204 Violation of the City of Deltona Ordinance, Section 18-3 which adopts the latest edition of the Florida Building Code, Section 105.1, which states that any owner, authorized agent, who intends to construct, enlarge, alter, repair, move or demolish or change the occupancy of a building or structure, or to erect, install, enlarge, alter or repair, or to cause any such work to be done, shall first make application to the Building Official and obtain the required permit for an addition/deck. DEL-08-077 Violation of the City of Deltona Ordinance, Section 18-3 which adopts the latest edition of the Florida Building Code, Section 105.1, which states that any owner, authorized agent, who intends to construct, enlarge, alter, repair, move or demolish or change the occupancy of a building or structure, or to erect, install, enlarge, alter or repair, or to cause any such work to be done, shall first make application to the Building Official and obtain the required permit for a shed. DEL-08-090 Violation of the City of Deltona Ordinance, Section 18-3 which adopts the latest edition of the Florida Building Code, Section 105.1, which states that any owner, authorized agent, who intends to construct, enlarge, alter, repair, move or demolish or change the occupancy of a building or structure, or to erect, install, enlarge, alter or repair, or to cause any such work to be done, shall first make application to the Building Official and obtain the required permit for a garage enclosure (Enforcement Services Officer Mark Gibson) D. DEL-08-091 Violation of the City of Deltona Ordinance, Section 66-20, which states that motor vehicles shall not be parked anywhere within that portion of the lot lying across the full width of the lot between the front lot line and front most part of the principle structure, except on approved driveways or driveway extensions. DEL-08-092 Violation of the City of Deltona Ordinance, Section 18-3 which adopts the latest edition of the Florida Building Code, Section 105.1, which states that any owner, authorized agent, who intends to construct, enlarge, alter, repair, move or demolish or change the occupancy of a building or structure, or to erect, install, enlarge, alter or repair, or to cause any such work to be done, shall first make application to the Building Official and obtain the required permit for an enclosure of your carport. DEL-08-095 Violation of the City of Deltona Ordinance, Section 18-3 which adopts the latest edition of the Florida Building Code, Section 105.1, which states that any owner, authorized agent, who intends to construct, enlarge, alter, repair, move or demolish or change the occupancy of a building or structure, or to erect, install, enlarge, alter or repair, or to cause any such work to be done, shall first make 5 application to the Building Official and obtain the required permit for an enclosure of your carport. DEL-08-098 Violation of the City of Deltona Ordinance, Section 110-807(2), which states that home occupation shall be clearly incidental and subordinate to the residential use. No business should be run from the residential dwelling unit located at 1430 Farmington Dr., Deltona, Florida. (Enforcement Services Officer Richard Lovett) H. DEL-08-099 Violation of the City of Deltona Ordinance, Section 110-807(2), which states that home occupation shall be clearly incidental and subordinate to the residential use. No business should be run from the residential dwelling unit located at 1436 Farmington Dr., Deltona, Florida. (Enforcement Services Officer Richard Lovett) I. DEL-08-100 Violation of the City of Deltona Ordinance, Section 110-807(1), which states that home occupation shall have no employees. Only immediate family members residing on the premises may conduct the home occupation from the residential dwelling unit located at 1436 Farmington Dr., Deltona, Florida. DEL-08-101 Violation of the City of Deltona Ordinance, Section 18-3 which adopts the latest edition of the Florida Building Code, Section 105.1, which states that any owner, authorized agent, who intends to construct, enlarge, alter, repair, move or demolish or change the occupancy of a building or structure, or to erect, install, enlarge, alter or repair, or to cause any such work to be done, shall first make 6 application to the Building Official and obtain the required permit for a right of ways permit. DEL-08-102 Violation of the City of Deltona Ordinance, Section 18-3 which adopts the latest edition of the Florida Building Code, Section 105.1, which states that any owner, authorized agent, who intends to construct, enlarge, alter, repair, move or demolish or change the occupancy of a building or structure, or to erect, install, enlarge, alter or repair, or to cause any such work to be done, shall first make application to the Building Official and obtain the required permit for a rear porch on the property located at 2533 Flint Lane. DEL-08-103 Violation of the City of Deltona Ordinance, Section 18-5, adopting the International Property Maintenance Code, Section 304.6, which states that all exterior walls shall be free from holes, breaks and loose or rotting materials and maintained in a weatherproof manner with a properly coated surface. DEL-08-104 Violation of the City of Deltona Ordinance, Section 18-5, adopting the International Property Maintenance Code, Section 304.7, which states that the roof and flashing shall be sound, tight good repair and sound structural condition. DEL-08-105 Violation of the City of Deltona Ordinance, Section 18-5, adopting the International Property Maintenance Code, Section 304.6, which states that all exterior walls shall be free from holes, breaks and loose or rotting materials and 7 maintained in a weatherproof manner with a properly coated surface. DEL-08-107 Violation of City of Deltona Ordinance, Section 66-56, which prohibits all vehicles that are inoperable, wrecked, partially dismantled or otherwise mechanically incapable of being operated in their present condition, or are without a current state license tag if required, unless parked in a fully enclosed garage. DEL-08-108 Violation of City of Deltona Ordinance, Section 38-110(1), which states that weeds, where the greater portion of weeds on the lot exceeds 12 inches in height, are declared to be a nuisance and must be abated in their entirety. Violation of the City of Deltona Ordinance, Section 38-110(2), which states that accumulations of waste, yard trash, rubble and/or debris are declared to be a nuisance and must be abated in their entirety. DEL-06-028 Violation of the City of Deltona Ordinance, Section 18-5, adopting the International Property Maintenance Code, Section 304.7, which states that the roof and flashing shall be sound, tight good repair and sound structural condition.
