It is most likely a browser related issue with some customers when they are unable to process a payment online.
Clear your cache, allow pop ups and make sure your browser is updated. Also, if you are on mobile device, try making the payment on your pc/laptop instead. The following are some instructions for any future issues regarding making a payment.
- Clearing Cache: Make sure time range = 'All time' before pressing clear data
- Clear the Browser Cache in Windows
- Allowing Popups:
- Select the menu icon (three vertical dots) to the right of the address bar.
- Select Settings.
- In the left navigation section, select Privacy and security.
- Select Site settings.
- Select Pop-ups and redirects.
- To allow all pop-ups, toggle the Blocked option.
