Community Outreach Programs

Community ourtreach plays a major role in the Deltona Fire Department, encompassing fire and life safety, injury prevention and risk reduction, health and wellness, and career education.  Our vision "to be a community fire department our citizens know and trust" is reinforced through our daily interactions with school children, residents, civic groups, and business groups, allowing them to see us as far more than emergency responders.  Our outreach efforts are enhanced through collaborations with the Deltona Professional Fire Fighters IAFF Local 2913 and various local, state and federal agency partners.

If you would like to take advantage of one of the programs offered by the Deltona Fire Department's Community Outreach Programs, please call 386-575-6901, for more information.  Please contact our office at least two weeks prior to the date of the event.
