Outage Notice

Deltona Water is experiencing some system outages, Friday, November 17, 2023, that are preventing Staff from processing bill payments. Deltona Water Staff is currently unable to process in-person bill payments. There is also a partial phone outage that is impacting in-coming calls. Customers can call Deltona Water at 386-575-6800 to pay their bill through the automated system, but customers are unable to speak directly with a customer service representative. 

Deltona Water customers can still pay their bills on-line by going to Deltonafl.gov and clicking on the ‘Pay Water Bill’ button. It is unknown how long the outages will last.
