A pass (with a completed waiver) is required to use the skate/bike surface. The fee for a pass is $5, and the pass is good for two years. The fee to replace a lost or stolen card is $3. The park is located on Courtland Boulevard between Fort Smith Boulevard and Doyle Road. The Lake Butler Recreation Complex/Youth Advisory Board Skate Park is a 15,350 square feet cement street course that also contains:

- Restrooms
